Refund Policy

7-day trial refunds

If you cancel within the first 7 days of service, we refund 100% of your payment. Refunds are processed automatically within 7 days of the cancellation request.

After the trial

Monthly subscriptions run to the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion for material service failures. Contact business@thestackbridge.com to open a request.
